Shipping & Returns Policy
We ship worldwide. Many of our items are handmade or made to order, so please read all product descriptions carefully before placing your order. By ordering from paptoysofficial.myshopify.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.

A. Shipping Regions

We ship globally to customers in the US, Australia, Singapore, Europe, Southeast Asia, and more.

B. Processing Time

- In-stock items: Processing time is 5–7 business days.
- Pre-order / made-to-order items: Processing time varies from 30–90 days depending on the item. Please check each product page for specific timelines.

Important: 

  • Once production has started or your order has been shipped, cancellations are strictly not allowed.
  • All orders are carefully monitored within their stated processing and pre-order timelines.

Submitting a PayPal or payment dispute before this timeline has passed will not speed up your order and may cause unnecessary delays. If you have any concerns, please contact our customer care team directly at customercare@holdbyhand.id

C. Delivery Time Estimate

Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Our logistics partners process shipments only on business days. Orders placed after Friday evening will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Guidelines:

  • Processing Time
    • In-stock items: 5–7 business days.
    • Pre-order / made-to-order items: 30–90 business days (depending on the product, please check each product page).
  • Southeast Asia Delivery: Estimated 5–14 business days after dispatch.
  • Standard International Delivery: Estimated 7–16 business days after dispatch, depending on customs clearance and courier performance in your country.

Important Notes

  • Deliveries are made Monday–Friday only. Weekend and holiday deliveries are not available.
  • Delays may occur due to customs inspections or courier network issues. These are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
  • Couriers require payment of all import duties/taxes before releasing your package. Failure to pay may result in your order being held, returned, or destroyed without refund.
  • Once your package has shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking information.

Delays may occur due to customs inspections or courier network issues. These are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.

D. Shipping Carriers

We use a variety of international shipping partners. Our system automatically selects the most efficient courier for your destination, including DHL, EMS, and local courier networks.

E. Shipping Fees

  • Rates are calculated based on your package’s weight/volume and destination.
  • We do not profit from shipping fees. Rates are based on real-time logistics partner pricing.
  • Free worldwide shipping is available for select items, such as certain Fluff Bags.

 

F. Taxes & Duties

All international orders are subject to the import taxes, customs duties, and fees of the destination country. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

  • By law, couriers cannot release your package until all duties and taxes are paid.
  • If you refuse or fail to pay these charges, your package will not be delivered and may be destroyed by customs or returned at your expense.
  • No refunds will be issued in such cases.

 

G. Returns & Refunds

Our products are handmade, limited edition, or made-to-order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Refunds are only possible in the rare case that your order is confirmed as permanently lost by the courier and never delivered. Courier delays, customs inspections, or unpaid tax refusals do not qualify for refunds.

We closely monitor every shipment and will always support you in resolving courier or customs issues. Submitting a PayPal or payment dispute before the stated processing or pre-order timeline has passed will not speed up your order and may cause additional delays. H. Responsibility Disclaimer

Hold by Hand is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by customs or courier networks.
  • Packages held due to unpaid taxes/duties.
  • Packages returned or destroyed due to the customer providing an incorrect address, refusing delivery, or failing to pay required import fees.

 

Shipping & Handling

All orders are carefully prepared and shipped by our logistics team. Every package is packed with care and shipped with full documentation. Please note that customs regulations differ by country and are the responsibility of the buyer.
